Craig Goldstein was born and raised in South Jersey, and that's still the whole playbook: he buys houses in the towns he grew up around, priced on sales he can point to, from sellers who usually have a bigger problem than the house itself.
He started Solid Waste & Recycling Solutions in 2018 with a simple frustration — homeowners in hard situations kept getting two bad options: list a house that couldn't survive a listing, or hand it to an out-of-town wholesaler who'd never seen the street. The company buys directly, with its own money, no fees or commissions, and the seller picks the closing date.
“We're more than a real estate investment firm — we're a solutions company,” is how Justin puts it. In practice that means foreclosure timelines, probate paperwork, tenant handoffs, and houses full of forty years of stuff are all normal Tuesdays here.
